It doesn't have to be now, it'll probably be during Phase II.
It doesn't have to be now, it'll probably be during Phase II.
I wouldn't be surprised if it still happened, though.
Can we move on with this a little today?
Well damn, looks like you've got it all figured out. Go on, we'll just look for nourishment and shelter from the elements, you go ahead and draft your constitution. I hope you can eat it later when the tribes have Balkanized and nobody wants to share their food with you.OOC: I would.
Sorry if I'm flying off the handle here, but I really see no difference between this and debating about Russia's flag while half the country is burning. The point is, IH really needs to get its collective priorities straight.

But if all we think about is food, we're no better than animals! It's the duty of every man to ensure a Godly government exists, in order to prevent the society from falling into chaos! Sure, we need to hunt, but who is going to kill the man who kills his buddy on a hunting trip and takes his food unless we have a government in place?
We're on an alien planet.
In a game.
About a world where the House of Stuart rules all of Earth with an iron fist!
Sorry mate, but you're definitely in the wrong this time. Go ahead and set up your godly government if you want, but if you ask me you're wasting your time when everybody is still a cryostatic zombie.
Aggy, I think it's safe to say that you lack patience. Half of these people don't remember their own ing names. You can't expect people with basically no memory to suddenly want to start a government after surviving a traumatizing and terrifying descent to a new planet. Hell, I'd think it's a bit Gary Stu-ish for anyone to want to.Whatever, I'll have a nice orderly society whilst you beat each other to death with your fists over a vegetable. If this game is as dark as the rest of the RB games, I'll have the advantage.
when the union's inspiration through the worker's blood shall run,
there can be no power greater anywhere beneath the sun,
yet what force on earth is weaker than the feeble strength of one?
but the union makes us strong.
Fred, frankly I think it's more than a bit retarded to expect anyone to play a game based on roleplay without any kind of knowledge. It's like asking people to roleplay as babies in the nursery at the hospital - absolutely nothing will happen. Therefore, yes, I am impatient, because I don't believe it's even possible to run a game where the players don't know their own names.
Your idea will be ripped apart Aggy, just a fair warning before hand.
So be it.
Sometimes you act far beyond childish.
How many people who have just crash landed on an alien planet, haven't eaten in 1000+ years, haven't peed in 1000+ years, and don't even remember why they've done neither of these things are actually going to care about who's ruling them? For now, we'll work together to set ourselves up. Government can come later when the inevitable schisms between our little tribe starts to happen.
