One of the main drives is throwing errors, it might be a complete drive failure. I am stopping all servers and saving the worlds to the backup array, and will then try to rebuild the main drive array.

I am running extended SMART tests on all 4 drives right now, but it appears that /dev/sdb1 has completely failed. This is one of the SSD drives that comprises the main RAID array.
The SMART testing will take approximately 48 minutes according to smartmontools. The servers will be down while this completes. I will put them back up when its done.
The server can run without the failed drive, and all the backups are stored on an array of 2 normal 7200 RPM drives. If I cannot get the failed drive to respond, I will have to get it replaced under warranty, which will take about a week probably. During that time we will be running on a single SSD so I will make full backups more than once a day until the drive is replaced.
The servers are back up. The drive is dead and will definitely need to be replaced.
Is a typical SSD expensive to buy?
I'm not sure what type the server ones are, but look into a non-Sandforce controller, there's some issues with the Sandforce ones.
