1 Sansa will find out Littlefinger was the one who engineered her father's death, and kill him (have him killed) in some particulary ironic way. She then marries a great lord (Harry the Heir?) and brings his army to the Stark's cause. She'll bring the political savvyness the Starks need to survive.
2 Stannis will beat the Boltons, march on the Freys and put them all to the sword. Wishful thinking then dictates that he should gain support in the riverlands, be joined by Sansa in the Vale and march south and gain the throne. Realistically, though, the thing is reserved for Dany (HATE).
3 Dany will remember she has nothing whatsoever in Meereen, march west and invade Westeros, most likely gaining the throne. Her dragons melt the Others.
4 Arya will be commissioned to kill Sansa by either the Tyrells or Littlefinger (if the two start fighting for a longer time), but won't do it, and joins the Starks again. My guess is she'll be the last Stark to get killed, because she's not essential to the house's survival (Bran's in a tree and doesn't count, Sansa provides political cleverness, Rickon an heir to continue the line).
5 Tyrion ends up Lord of Casterly Rock and Hand to Daenerys.

Just finished reading ADWD, so I'll share a few of my theories:

Jon Snow. He'll survive in Ghost for a while (after all, he's a warg, and it was revealed that they live in their animals a while after they die, but eventually fade away), and Mellisandre, perhaps along with that wildling warg will try to revive him, since he's their best chance of restoring some kind of peace between wildlings and fragmented Watch. Eventually they take him to the weirwood grove beyond the Wall, where they succeed with hidden help from Bran, but this causes Mellisandre to start doubting R'llhor, eventually resulting in some loss of her abilities and her demise. Jon will become leader of wildlings after Tormund dies, using them to carve out new, independent North. Oh, and eventually he'll get the last dragon (one for Danaerys, one for Aegon, and since it's likely that Jon is half Targaryen, he'll get third one).

Sansa. She'll learn quickly from Littlefinger, and eventually manages to turn his schemes against him, killing him, and she'll reveal her true name and will rule Vale.

The whole Aegon-centered plot. Doran Martell will attempt to join forces with Aegon, but his illness, grief after hearing the fate of prince Redshirt Dragonfodder, and pehaps some helping of one of Sand Snakes will kill him, plunging Dorne into civil war when Sand Snake(s) supported by Cersei try to remove Arianne. Danaerys will be briefly captured by Jhaqo, but he'll abandon her to die because she's infected with bloody flux and he won't dare to kill her because he fears Drogon. When news of that reach Aegon, he'll agree to wed Sansa to bring Vale to his side. But Danaerys will eventually survive, and she'll reach Westeros.

It will turn out that they young queen that will remove Cersei will be Sansa, not Margaery. Sansa will use her knowledge of the Joffrey's assassination to have her marriage with Tyrion annulled (since it was never consummated, she has that option) and make Tyrells back off from King's Landing, freeing her to marry Aegon.

Jaime and Brienne will eventually kill off Catelyn for good.

Stannis will use Theon to sneak force into Winterfell and capture it, then he'll send for Mellisandre to have Asha and Theon burned as sacrifice. Theon will burn, but after finding out that Melissandre is dead, he'll spare Asha. He'll eventually come to blows with Jon, and his weakened force will lose to wildlings. Stannis himself will die in battle.

Davos will find Rickon, and will use him to try and rally some Northmen against Jon.

Arya will become Danaerys' personal assassin for a while, but will abandon her after she'll order her to kill Sansa to free Aegon for marriage. Danaerys will eventually rally Dorne against Aegon...

Tyrion and Mormont will reach Dorne eventually, but after seeing Danaerys flip in true Aerys style, they'll stand against her, using the valyrian horn they'll take from Victarion.

So somewhere around book 7 we'll be left with three kingdoms, each with one dragon and in war with the other two, and with rebellion in their ranks.
