This is a beta, the battle map works fine, all unit do not work in battle there are just unit cards - this is fine to autoresolve everything but fighing it out means crashing the game

UNITED STATES OF AMERICA (USA)
The US is poised to take Mainland Japan, if their new weapon cannot be delivered on time, The Imperial Army and Navy prepare to defend to the last man.
The Fate of America no longer hangs in the Balance as it did in 1941, however the Japanese must be stopped at all costs, if not mainland United states could be in the Firing line.
THE BRITISH COMMONWEALTH (ANZAC)
the British Commonwealth, battered from the Darwin Bombings and The Invasion of Hong Kong, still fights despite receiving limited help from Britain herself fresh ANZAC troops from Australia and New Zealand can be pushed into any Allied Offensive.
EMPIRE OF JAPAN (IJ)
With the Empire being pushed back, a new strategy must be put in place, with the Americans pushing in at the Philippines and onto Japan herself something must be done. There is no time for failure, the rising sun is setting fast. The Allies forces must be annihilated- then with their nations defenseless, Japan can reign supreme over the Pacific.
SOVIET UNION (USSR)
The Soviet Union has interests in the Area, and may Invade Japan, if the US cannot do so within a year.
The Germans are about to be utterly destroyed in Europe- this freeing up the Red Army for Pacific ambitions with a presence in the far north keeping the Japanese out of Siberia, it could be easily mobilised. Imperialism could be uprooted and a Japanese Socialist Soviet could be forged.
NAZI GERMANY (NAZI)
Nazi Germany battered but not beat in Europe,has a limited contingent in japan, however they could expand to bring the Reich much needed support in the Pacific,The Fuhrer betrayed the Russians- In time the Japanese could be "disposed" and the the Wehrmact could push towards moscow on a far eastern front, However with no resources from the Reich in Europe. A Pazifik Korps would be hard to make and would be drawn from locals, and vehicles would have to be built in Japan. Yet it could be done.

have been been renamed into the following charecters the Intelligence Oprative and Political Activist as Religion has been retooled into Political Ideologies, Having an Activist in a Province activates the buffer effect in said province
They are the following by name and faction
Communism: USSR, Communist Rebels (Spread of Communism causes Communist Chinese Rebellion in hostile provinces and has the buffer effect of "Workers Unite!" which damages hostile production and helps friendly production
Democracy: USA, ANZAC, ROC Rebels (Spread of Democracy causes ROC Rebellion in hostile provinces and has the buffer effect of "Freedom Train!" which causes happiness in friendly provides)
Fascism: Nazi (Spread of Facism causes Rebellion and has the buffer effect of "Mein Kampf " which boosts friendly troop morale and damages hostile morale
Imperialism: IJ (Spread of Imperialism will cause uprising which Restores Imperial Japanese control, the buffer effect is "One thousand years!" which enhances the BANZAI! special ability and damages hostile morale)
Operatives can assassinate characters and place "Bombing Marker Lights" which is exactly the same as normal sabotage unless you research a little something...
Performers: Map Model and Unit cards come in male and Female varieties, These can bost the morale of troops, cheer up settlements and distract hostile armies
New Retainers: to fit some of the colorful personalities of the time, 40 wacky retainers are available.
Air Raids: The Bombardment ability for FOTS has been changed up to Air Raids, this is the same as Bombardment but with a larger radius so you can hit inland cities and prefectures if you place your navy right. If you research the Manhattan Project- Air Raids have the ability to utterly devastate all units and buildings within a city
Finally the Research Tree has been redone, with two branches Logistics and Hardware, all culminating to the last research option: The Manhattan project
this little upgrade changes the sabotage "Bombing Marker Lights" to a command which deletes all the buildings and units in a hostile province, to simulate the dropping of an Atomic bomb. At endgames make sure you have the power of the Atom first!
