Family Trees

Hi folks.

I tried your mod today. I liked it.
However, I found the family trees off.

So, I have corrected them to a more historical way.
I have the following factions fixed:
- Norway
- Scotland
- Wales
- England

Optionally, there is fixment for
- Baron's Alliance
too, as I have put Simon de Montfort in charge here.

As there is little to none evidence for the Irish and Danish, I kept them.


Are the mod creators interested in these altered family trees?

I have been intending to clean these up at some point but have had very little time to work on M2TW lately. I do hope to get back to it soon and would be very interested in seeing what you have. The Irish family tree is totally made up as I wanted to do my little pagan uprising bit. The starting Ard Ri, Amergain Mac Sidhe, actually come from a story I wrote years back and was never able to get published.

I wonder, where did you get the Danes from?


What I have:

Norway:
Sverre; Haakon III; Haakon IV; Magnus (current heir)

Scotland:
William I; Alexander II; Alexander III (current king, <20, married)

Barons:
Simon de Montfort (current leader, 50s); Henry, Simon, Guy, Eleanor

England:
Henry II; Richard I, John I; Henry III (king, 50s); Edward, Beatrice, Edmund
(+ various branches showing marriages to Scottish, Barons, Wales)

Wales:
Llywelyn I; Gruffydd, Dafydd; Llywelynn (king, <40), Rhodri, Dafydd, Margred × Madog Powys

Irish:
unchanged

Danes:
unchanged



I however do have changed some titles of the rulers. For instance, the King of Wales is now known as Tywysog X (in stead of King X).

Norway: Konge / Konge Noreg
Scotland: Ri / Ri Alban
Wales: Tywysog / Tywysog Cymru
Ireland: Ard Ri / Ard Ri na hEireann

Norway was a sort of after-thought faction. I wanted to add a couple more factions but not too many as all the scripts slow the turns down some and its a fairly small map. They are the extra challenge faction starting with two family members and a crapy little town--I picked Sutton Hoo since I remembered reading about a viking funerary ship being dug-up there.

I take it you mean Denmark, and I see. I like that thought.
