How to get rid of DarthMod

I am trying to get rid of DarthMod, but it seems that it is not working. I have uninstalled this game and re installed it and it still has DarthMod. I got the game from Gamestop so I have to re download it every time as well.

As this mod was one of the first mods to come out, back in those days we simply overwrote all existing files because there was no other way to create a mod, instead of a separate folder. this is why. When installing mods, you must keep a completely second copy of your game...or you'll have to reinstall.

Yes but when i reinstall Darthmod is still magically on there... I uninstall and delete all the files in programfiles (x86)/Sega/... So I don't get how it is still there.

This sometimes happens with mods, don't know the solution though.
