Serenity Tournament is a Total War: Shogun 2 (Vanilla, Avatar, 1on1) international championship. Tournament will consist of Group + Playoff stages.
Administrator - Creasy.

Last changes are marked by bold font.

Deadlines will be extended only in exceptional cases, such as Steam maitnance, patch release, alian attack, rise of the machines. Inactive players will be excluded. Cheating, cursing, using of bugs, non-sufficient arguing with the Administrator will be punished.

Key definitions:
Map pool - list of maps allowed for the battle. In playoff consist of 7, much bigger in group stage.
Match - series of 2-5 battles on each particular stage of the tournament.
Battle - single combat on a specific map.
Offence/Defence - in a situation when both players stand still against each other designated Attacker must make the first move. Ranged attack counts as one.
If in any given moment one player has only cavalry units left - he becomes the designated Attacker. He has the right to use all the ammo before encountering his opponent in close combat.
Both players are obliged to save screenshots and replays of each battle and post them on the forum. Match results can be declined, if previous condition was not met.

In-game rules:
Avatar, 14 000, high unit size, day, no rain or fog, key building checked. Unit restrictions: no artillery units, max 2 Missile Cavalry, max 6 Cavalry at all, max 4 same units (max4same doesn't apply on naginata and katana attendants). General does not count as Cavalry or Missile Cavalry. Veteran refresh is forbidden. Player's flag must not be monochromatic in any way, that obstructs unit visualisation.
The designated Defender has the right to use forests and hills, limited only by his conscience and Administrator's sense of justice. It is forbidden to form an unmoving defence closer than 150 meters (450 feet for dumb americans *trolol*) to the red line.

Group stage:
Groups consist of 4-5 players, top 2 will make it to the playoff. Match consist of 2 battles. First battle is to be hosted by Player A, he calls 3 maps he would like to play on. Player B bans one of this maps, then Player A picks one of two remaining maps for the battle 1. In the second battle everything is contrary.
The winner of the Match gets 3 points, loser gets none. In a case of a tie both players got 1 point.
In a situation, when players have same amount of points at the end of the Group stage first thing to be checked is the result of their Match. In case of a tie player with most matches complete gets the advantage. In case of absolute identity - to be decided.

Playoff:
Every Match in the Playoff is best of 5 with the map pool of 7 maps, eah one of them can be used once during one Match. In the first battle player, listed first in a battle thread is the designated Attacker and he gets to pick map, then on contrary. Once during the match (on the forum or in-game) player has the right to use Veto - to ban 1 map of the map pool.

Players are obliged to use forum to announce date and time of their Match. All players are obliged to post a greeting and preferred date and time during 24 hours after their battle thread has been created. If a player fails to meet this condition or he does not answer a direct proposal to play at a specific date and time in 24 hours - he could be given technical defeat.

Drops:
If a drop happened before the encounted with no advantage for anyone (key building capture counts as advantage) - battle must be replayed with same armies, players can change armies if both agree. If a drop happened during the battle with one player having crucial advantage - the technical win can be given, based on the replay, screenshots or a stream. If a drop happened and it is clearly one players guilt - battle must be replayed with same armies, players can change armies if both agree. Afted a second drop that player gets a technical defeat in a battle. After a third drop that player gets a technical defeat in a Match.

Unit restrictions broken
If a player's army breakes the unit restrictions and it was spotted on a map before battle started (not one single man dead) - that player must change his army, but only in part, that breaks the rules (for example, he swaps 5th katana samurai for no dachi samurai, all other units shall not be changed). Offended players has the right to change his army completely. If a player's army breakes the unit restrictions and it was spotted after a battle/Match - that particular battle must be replayed; all battle results in this Match afted the battle with rule breaking can be accepted or not by the Offended player, it is his choise. If a player's army breakes the unit restrictions and it was spotted on a map during the battle(at least one single man dead) - battle must be played to the end, but if the Offended player lost he gets to choose whether to accept this result and forgive his opponent for breaking the rules or to replay the battle.
Note: basically, if you break the rules your ass belongs to your opponent - he decides what to do, so pray that he will be noble man and that he will accept the results as is. But if he wants to replay the battle - you are gonna have to play it again. So be shure to check your army before declaring ready to start.

Streamers status
Any player is allowed to stream any game. Players have the right to forbid the caster to show their army before tha bettle starts, in case of a streamer breaking that rule he looses the right to spectate. Each caster has the right to take 1 co-caster with him.

Be honest, don't try to with me, respect the rules and each other.
And may the Force be with you.
