Default any balanced mods for fall of samurai?

ive done 3 campaigns now in fall of the samurai and in each campaign whoever i side with seems to get wiped out. if im imperial then within 75 turns all the other imperial factions are wiped out or convert to shogunate. the same happens if im shogunate. are there any mods out there that counterbalance this? cause its really annoying come realm divide when im the only damn one left on my side.

Just be faster I think, I've done tons of games on very hard playing on the Shogunate side and when the RD happens, all major Shogunate clans are still in the game.

It's real civil war down there at Kyoto (I play as Sendai).

lol, for me it's usually the opposite, my side always crushes the other side. Vital factors for this to happen is having trade with as many clans from your allegiance as possible, and making as many allies with clans from your allegiance. That way they grow faster, get more rich, lose less units and ships from fighting among themself and that way you can make one huge allegiance block. I must also say that other major clans of your allegiance tend to turn on you when you play shogunate, or atleast in my experience it is.
