Just re-read how Tyrion sends LF to negotiate the Joff for Marg marriage with the Tyrells in ACOK and LF asks for permission in writing for "any other arrangements that might be required," Cleary he wants something from the Tyrells as his "cut", do we find out what it is later?

Interesting too that he arranges the royal marriage that he also helps to finish before its started...

Since as soon as the Tyrells arrive in KL at the start of ASOS the QOT starts asking Sansa about the real Joffrey, one wonders if even then that LF had pre-warned them "Joff is a psychopathic little . Tommen on the other hand is much nicer and more tractable"

I remember reading a line from LF that implies QOT killed Joffrey. Is he telling the truth, or did Tyrion do it (he does say that to Jaime, even if there is nothing in the POV), or did Littlefinger himself do it, or maybe someone else? I don't know.

Littlefinger and Tyrells are equally likely to be behind his assassination.

The Tyrells wanted the girl to marry Tommen, much "weaker" than joffrey. Littlefinger could profit from the chaos and the breaking of the tyrell-lannister alliance for his own schemes.

I'll bet on Tyrells this time, maybe Littlefinger helped them, or was aware of the plan by himself and decided to let it be because he could profit from it.

I'm not sure about the Tyrell's coin in the prison, anyway. I've always thought that Littlefinger did it to "force" Cersei to accuse the Tyrell of everything.

Yes, the QOT gives Sansa the jewelled hair net, which she "adjusts" before the wedding. Later Sansa notices that one of the jewells is missing. I forget the name of the jewel/poison, but its the same one Maester Cressen uses to try and kill Melisandre. LF tells Sansa after he rescues her that the Tyrells poisoned Joff (points at sig). Tyrion just goes round saying he killed Joff to make himself sound more badass.

Another interesting Varys tidbit. When telling Tyrion the story of how we was castrated, and how his manhood was used for some kind of dark magic, he mentions his abhorrence of the practice, since that time I have hated magic and all those who practise it. If Lord Stannis is one such, I mean to see him dead.

Not good for Stannis, or the remaining Starks then. Assuming of course that the story is true (we only have Vary's word that he is a eunuch, and I remain to be convinced )
