Ranger

I was reading LOTR and I decided to create a Ranger-type character. I've more or less decided on the weapon of choice, but I was wondering what armour you guys thought was best. I was thinking of some armour with a cowl. I don't care about armour ratings, purely aesthetics. I though either Elven or Plate Steel might look cool with a cowl, but I was wondering which one you thought looks better for a Ranger, of suggest anything else that looks better, preferably non-enchanted.

Nightingale armour maybe??... also do you have the PC version because im sure there are plenty of mods that would have armour to fit the description, or maybe just add a hood or cowl or something like that.. I thought maybe using leather armour and experimenting with the gauntlets or boots from other armour too

Scout armour: a bit too clean for my taste

If you're feeling witchery, some of those work as a ranger type armour (might want to check for another version as there's loads of Witcher armours out there.

Vagabond, also included in immersive armours

Bandolier, pouches and stuff are always good for the well-equiped huntsman. Can change a so-so armour into something pretty damn cool as well.

i think just plain leather armor with the shrouded hood looks pretty cool

One of the dawn guard light armores either the blue one or black one with the Amir hood looks good for the ranger type imo

Just wear some mage robes. I'm referring to Novice Robes in particular.
