An opium wars multi??

I know there arent much to do with Shogun but i was wondering is it possible for a multi only Opium was to be made and etc .

In the same logic as the Multi of Ntw3 full of maps and with around 6 nations

for example Qing Taiping Rebels British troops in China french Troops in China and etc the game will follow the logic of traditional vs Modern

I think this would be an idea that wouldnt require a lot of work but also provide a nice multi mode .
