I know that Star Wars is based partly off of the story of the Knights Templar!

You scored as the action man, literally! Like Captain Kirk, you love to face challenges head-on and want to do something "right now." You think "outside the box" and love to discover new things - "to boldly go where no man has gone before."

    Which Trek leader are you?

    Captain Kathryn Janeway

You kick butt! You are one tough cookie but also have a sensitive side. You are very loyal and would do anything for those you care about.

thats pretty nice, also ENT is god awful

I wish the show did more like short story arcs instead of that long time travel continuous story. If I wanted to watch a time travel show I wouldn't watch Star Trek. Time travel in that series has always been god awful filler stories anyways. There was maybe only 1 or 2 good time travel episodes in the history of all the shows.

I agree. That was the problem with ENT. It tried to have one huge story arc. That isn't what made all of the other shows good. They had shorter arcs which gave us something new most of the time. Sure, Voyager had to get home but that was about the extent of the overall arc. They added in a bunch of stuff in between. There is one time travel (sort of) episode in ENT which is good. It deals with the Borg from Star Trek: First Contact. They find the Borg sphere in the Arctic. It is pretty interesting.

Ya that borg episode was good.

The only long story arc I probably would of liked is near the end of the show with the Romulans. After the whole time travel story arc ended I was starting to be impressed with the show and wanted to see how they would do the war. Too bad it ended before that though. I still want to see a Romulan war series.

And yes with Voyager they did have a lot in between. It still was like a star trek show. Enterprise was almost like 24 in space i which they would of just had the time travel arc every episode in one season to get it over with instead of just carrying it on. They did it multiple seasons and it STILL wasn't resolved.

Even that new Battlestar Galactica goes with more of the Voyager way of running that show. Their goal is to get to Earth and every episode isn't about that, there is a lot of other storylines in between.

There were a lot of problems I had with that show aside from that. Like I thought it should be less "by the book" since there is no prime directive. Also they introduced the later technology like Phasers and transporters too soon imo. The story is what makes the show though really and thats what killed it unfortunately.

edit: that was the only tv series to anger me. I'm expecting the Star Wars one to do that to me as well. There were some episodes of this where I walked away saying "WTF were they thinking!?" The #1 WTF were they thinking moment was when I saw the episode preview with the Nazi alien.

Dude the best Enterprise episodes were when they were bad guys and it was the Terran empire. Now those guys were cool unlike the soft pussies that they normally were.

lol, yes those episodes were good.

The crew in ENT should of been more like TOS, they were overly proper and it didn't suit the series.

They should make an alternate universe series, that would be interesting.

Yeah! I could see them having a little miniseries of that. It'd be so cool if they could do it for all of the different crews, you know? Have a week's worth of episodes for each crew as the alternate universe. It could even start out with the ENT crew being normal but then doing something that changes the entire timeline and thus we have our Star Trek alternate universe miniseries!

Spock kicked ass in the Empire. Just look at him!
