Initial assignment: Write a review of this AAR

Your first task in the course is to write a review of the AAR above. Your review should be between 300 and 500 words.

When writing the review, think about the following, and comment on your view of how effectively the author's choices contributed to the overall quality of the story. For each you should name at least one way in which the author's choice made the story better or worse in your view.

• the choices the author had made regarding the plot
• the narrative style
• the characters
• the visual aids
• the information on the campaign

If you are not sure where to start, take a look at a few reviews in the Critic's Quill. You cannot contact the author or post in the AAR thread. PM your review to both of us by August 17.

Don't be puzzled by this assignment. There is a reason why we ask you to do this before the actual lessons start. If you have any questions, feel free to ask in the communication thread.
