I see no little problem with dating.
Under condition that frustration with their condition isn't affecting their personality too much, it is completely normal that a guy may find spending time with them enjoyable and develop romantic feelings for one of them. Emotions don't listen to reason.

The problem is with how few guys would be willing to pursue the relationship. Most would be too much ashamed. Too dependent on opinions of others.

Therefore I can find a person to love with less burden coming with her.

Some would be genuinely disgusted, after all our genetics naturally push us to couple with healthiest and strongest people, to ensure strong offspring.
