Default Events for unrest for Emergent factions

is there anyway that we could have random unrest rises in emergent factions such as Ireland so they'd be problem regions. That often riot for rebellion.

Would be nice, but just risising a couple of turns and than going back to normal. and repeat some times(random)
Ireland is a nice example. I would also say regions like Serbia, Bosnia etc. Mabye German regions if captured? Some American Native starting regions?

Yeah as GB I conquer all the Americas and never have to go back unless to deal with the Americans and it shouldn't be like that. I should have to police regions I own from time to time.

If would be nice if you could in very rare circumstances get just a full rebel too.

This script would be realy nice. In addition a major-rebellion-script for the USA would be great. (5-6 Fullstacks Spams would be a nice endgame-battle)

Not sure about 5-6 full stacks. Maybe of mostly militia yeah. After all the US shouldn't shouldn't be raising a proffessional army but certainly have some vets in there.

On the subject of unrest, countries like Great Britain shouldn't be able to capture Catholic Rivals regions like France and Spain. If this had historically happened, odds are that the unrest would never have been fully subdued and uprisings would've been common. It's way too easy to steamroll Europe, however most colonies in America don't have big enough populations and support to really mount an effective uprising. The 13 colonies combined into one nation which helped their cause, if they had stayed separate like they were before the Revolution none of them would've been able to defeat the British.
The British Empire? I think you mean the English Empire

The last part, religious unrest can easily be adjusted.

As for random events with unrest suddenly rising, I would think that a +5 sudden unrest that falls slowly should be nice. Greece used to rebel all the time. And after we threw away the Turks, we started fighting civil wars, wars to get rid of the absolute monarchy etc.

I'd say make several events with their own modifiers for flavour
We Came, We Saw, We Ran Away!
