no seriously don't watch this thing if you have a soft spot for slaughters.
when i first read the loadscreen quote by Charles Lee "stand by me my brave grenadiers" i thought if a guy wasted his last breath recalling this guys they must be worth something so i tried them out. it payed off beautifully as you'll see if you watch the replay.
but this is not the point i'm trying to make here what i want to point out is the elephant in the room about which no one wants to speak and it's mess of a reinforcement deploying system this game has i mean if i were in AI's position i'd be pretty pissed about this too. all the massacre that was caused by my grenadiers was because the full blown army came in on battlefield unit by unit and they got caught up in grenade rain. now i'm not saying that line infantry would've done less damage but at the time being it's pretty obvious grenadiers done heck of a damage.

if anyone will seriously watch this replay(i honestly doubt that) well you won't need to watch it till the end it gets pretty obvious after first three flee that AI's fighting the losing fight. now i know that this was one in a 100 case where terrain was just perfect but different circumstances would just made the matters bit less destructive.

Any chance you could give a brief description of what we are being tempted to look at?

I had a pretty fun time with a serious bloodbath too.

I just went back and checked and it seems that I attacked a single unit of Line infantry with an entire full stack as his reinforcements. Yep. 1709 men in the reinforcements, including 8 units of medium cav.

At one point, I believe there was probably around 1200 dead bodies in the center and I thought it would make a grand screenshot. Turns out that something went a bit wonkytonky and my screencaps were coming up white. So I filled in some details with a splash of imagination and a whirl of the mouse. Yep, Mad Haxxor Paint0rz ski11z.
