Imperial total war/ or the dwarves?

Hey guys,
i have two ideas. first one would be to create a campaign map with the whole world in the imperial age but also possible in the medieval age and then with the possiblity to play factions like china or india or some american factions.
i have made a little map with example provinces , so you can take a look what would be my idea. if someone is interested i will change the language of the map later into english.

second idea was to make a campaign map of the land of the book "the dwarves".

the second i have done so far but with other settings as in the example . i had problems with the two datas that were given in the example could be (water_surface) and (map_FE) i think.

map_Fe, in my experience, is not needed, I never have it in my mapping files anyway.

water_surface however, is needed, but it's not the most important of map files. for example, I could copy an unaltered water_surface.tga from the vanilla files, leave it totally unaltered and put it with any size and shape of map and the map would still work. water_surface.tga is an eye candy file for adding detail (colour variant) to the water bodies present on a map.
