[Fans' Opinion] Custom Battle Demo Unit Balance

I know that It will look like an off topic but I have idea how to improve infantry vs charging cavalry balance: Can anyone tell me what will happen if unit will have the same pirimary and secondary weapon, but with differet statistics (for ex. primary weapon: pike, 10 attack, seconadary: pike, 4 attack)?

I've noticed that in MTW II units have halberd as primary and secondary weapon, but with different statistics. I haven't play MTW II for ages but I don't remember any strange behavior of such units. I even don't remember moment of changing their weapons from halberd 1 to halberd 2 (in units with different primary and seconadry weapon when they are changing weapons there is a second when men are staying without any weapon).

Unfortunately I haven't got milkshape and I can't check It on my own, so help!

it would be a lot easier to either lower charge damage or increase infantry armor. both work

What do you think, what is more dangerous for horse: pike thrust against stationary animal or impaling of charging horse onto pike pounded into the ground? What is more dangerous for rider: fall from stationary horse or from charging one?
With no doubt lance hit of charging knight had greater power than spear thrust, but It works both ways...

I think it is decent but needs work. I don't recall but I think some units had no stamina when they should have.

I've redone the whole Unit Balance, I hope the upcoming new version will be more balanced and satisfying for everyone.

EDIT: The patch is finally released! I will close this thread and invite you to go at the new poll over there.
