And so the Fellowship of the Ring Triforce has been joined. We are of Dwarves and Elves Gorons and Hylians, men and hobbits Zora and Kokiri. Together we shall go to Mordor the Realm of Twili and rid the world of Sauron's Majora's evil!

I was thinking it would be Forandalf, Arangorn, Gimliuno, Cerulas, Gillimir, Frodoko, Sarmwise (I know that doesn't work in terms of character, but still, too good to miss), Pippinar, and Twenerry

Hylians got the elf spot for two reasons.

1) it fit for them to go along the gorons (dwarves)
2) the ears

Ordonians would be the closest to men, so I admit I don't know where I would put the Zora unless you wanted more than 1 faction of elves and men. And yea, Cerule does not = Legolas. We have Cellum (Gollum). As for Dodoko, he would be Dodog (Balrog).

Zora - Elves
Gohma - Ungoilants
Kokiri - Hobbits
Ordona - Rohan
Lanayru - Dale
Deku - Goblins
Moblins - Orcs
Darknut - Arnor
Lizalfos - Rhun
Labrynna - Isengard
Stalfos - Nazgul... maybe
Sheikah - Numenorians
Ikana - Army of the Dead

That list works for me... but you need two elf spots. Need separate Rivendale and Silven spots.

Those all make sense to me save for Lanaryu being Dale, and Deku being Goblins. Then again there really is not anything else for Lanaryu save maybe Silven or High Elf split, but Lanaryu really fits neither one. Deku really has no real counterpart that makes sense either.

Actually, Maybe the Darknuts would make more sense as Rhun, but then we have no Arnor.....

Okay, more relevant to the topic at hand... yeah, I have nothing-never read past the Hobbit, much as I loved the book. And no, no movies either. Though I did play the mod for Mount and Blade which was set in the LOTR universe. I must say, swarming everyone using WAY too many warg riders was OP.

Then it all got curb-stomped by a troll.

Not sure how I missed these:

If the mirror is a unit, how are the hyrulean races are suppoused to invade the realm of twilight?

The unit is transferred to the owner of the city that the Mirror is built in. For instance if you control the Arbiter Grounds as the Kokiri, you'll have access to the side of the gate that lets you go into the Realm of Twilight.

Will the AI know how to use the mirror propperly?

Yes the AI does use the gates, as they inevitably try to stack armies with each other.

But still really, really awesome, when will we see tham in the campaign?

I don't know when, there's so many new things and the filesize has become so much bigger it will probably have to be a new version rather than a patch.

So the AI just send randomly troops around by stuffing them in the mirror without actual knowing what they do. I just fear the twili will end circling the troops around between the mirror in hyrule and the one in the realm of twilight by trying to combine their forces.

Seriously though. without over emphasize it. "Hyrule Mount and Blade" would be Nice and enjoyable. Especially if it's done by UndyingNephalim

Would you be up for making a alternate version of " Hyrule Total War" but it's the Mount and Blade series "Hyrule Mount and Blade". I would in enjoy being a General on the battle field. instead of a king with a magic orb ruling my empires.

I believe a lot of fans would love playing "The Legend of Zelda" but not as link but their own Character.
It wouldn't be as hard as this mod. Considering that all the lore, and Modals are don.
