Faction Specific Glitches?

Today I played two games of Shogun II, one original and one FotS campaign. In both I noticed odd occurrences that only seemed to effect specific things in my faction.

For one in my Uesugi campaign, Kenshin must have had his tongue cut out and vowed a monkly vow of silence because whenever he is my leading general there are no speeches. Other generals give speeches, except him.

In my Tosa campaign, my in-field banners were all messed up. Maybe it's some historical touch I wasn't aware of, but both flags and "classic" banners had, instead of the Tosa circle with three sided whatever-it-is, had large solid white squares. On flags it kind of looked cool... on traditional banners it looked weird. Other factions did not have this problem and their clan emblems showed perfectly.

Any idea what's going on?

There was another thing with Takeda's daimyo unit card not being displayed correctly. I don't know if that was fixed by recent patches, I haven't updated yet.
It seems most glitches come after new patches who are supposed to eliminate glitches. Funny, eh?

I get what you're saying. First time I played as Takeda Shingen, his portrait was off, I think.
