problems with Darthmod Napoleon launch.

For some reason when I go to play Darthmod Napoleon it will begin the launch process getting to the picture of Napoleon and Vader above a lightsaber and then after about 45 seconds it will close itself, no error message or anything. I have verified the integrity of the game cache on steam and it made no difference, restarted my computer and again no differece. Is there a solution which anyone would know of?

An additioal problem I had from before with Napoleon that when i went to change the unit size from ultra to large the affects of Darthmod's regimental size disapeared, i got by buy simply changing the option from x2 to x1 but if anyone happens to know a solution for that as well I wold appreciate it.
