It is 18000, but Milanch only told Foranar, Zelda, and Sarm, aside from that, everyone else knows it's about ten thousand or more. Also, are you really surprised by Hando? Blins in general aren't exactly known for their smarts.

He thought the definition of a thousand was 10-12,000, so ten thousand is roughly 120,000

I have no idea why either. I always kind of pictured him as a mix between Raven and Innes from Fire Emblem and me, only far more awesome than the latter and no where near as awesome as the other two.

Well we do seem to have the occasional day where next to nothing gets done, I probably would have posted something but the only idea I had probably wouldn't be able to really work without coming up with a reason as to why it would be possible.
