    Not entirely sure if its a bug or just the game AI, but the rebel fleets have the tendency to clump up together, ending up with over 2000 men (so quite a few stacks of em pirate ships) attacking my fleets together. It makes sea voyages rather hard, after some time I just used my console to get through it ^^

    So it feels not worthy to tech up for the much tougher units.

    I'll take a look at this, the plan is still to keep the elite units smaller than the rest but they should also be able to destroy their opponents 1on1 so maybe increasing their size a little is a good idea

    As mentioned above I'll look into it but what I do is to make a fleet of Buza and Skeid and us pirates as target practise

    You can do that yeh... but first ya need to get those bloody ships, takes some time

    mine crashes every time i start it up, i have installed other mods which work fine so i dont know what i am doing wrong ?

    I am playing with Denmark, and at turn 37 I think it is, round about there, I keep getting CTD.
    Also, the Game Options keep resetting to default every time I open the game, maybe this is something to do with the crash?
    (for example, I choose Unit Size : Large, with Minimal UI, and when I open the game next time, it always sets back to default).
    The game is brilliant, congrats on a good job, lets iron out all the bugs.

    there is a good hope that the next patch will resolve the CTD, as it seems to be due to a missing texture for rebelling characters. the next patch is to be expected within a few days, it will also include additions to building icons as well as a few new factions.

    how do you people experience the Svitjod faktion behave when controlled by the AI, does it expand at all?

    They usually expand rapid into northern Sweden and down the south coast. They usually then get trapped there by the also expanding Gautlanders so they seem to then expand into parts of Norway and engage in what seemed to me to be like a perpetual war with either Denmark, Vestfold or Gautland.

    Ive seen em expand west into Finland aswell, they obliterated Häme, was quite amusing (played as Halogoland to do an observer campaign)

    Hmm, minor detail, might be on purpose but the Kursi unit Dizwyri's description states that they are veteran spearmen, yet they are both shown to wear swords and the weapons used details also says swords. Once again, this might be intentional and a really minor detail, but its still something ^^.

    you are quite correct that the unit description is wrong. these are veteran swordsmen, they do not use spears and they have no shieldweall ability either.

    where did you install the mod?
    how do you launch it?
    do you start a new campaign or continue an old one?

    I installed all of the parts (three parts) into my medievalII/mods folder. I launched it from the bat. file in the Wotn folder. I start a new campaign.

    hm, merkelig.
    i suppose you installed them in consecutive order as well. try deleting map.rwm found in data\world\maps\base\
