Thread: Decent Biome Map

    Default Decent Biome Map

This to me looks to be a decent and accurate biome world map, its not overly simplified or stupidly complex and its a really good size too. For those of you who use the demis mapper, dont forget that it has its own biome map options!

Could anyone tell me what in-game climates these biome equate too? And, for which ones no equivalent exists in Vanilla (such as Tundra)?

Id est, the Tropical & Subtropical Moist Broadleaf Forests would be 'tropical' (0, 166, 81), and Boreal Forest/Taiga would probably be equal to 'coniferous forest' (247, 148, 29). I'm sure I'll work it out through a bit of reading but if anyone has the knowledge already I'd be much obliged.
