Default Empire performance vs Shogun 2

Just a quick question, I've tried out the demo for Shogun 2 but the performance is far worse than the performance is for Empire. Only reason I'm worried is that this might be the same case for Rome and I might actually need to buy a new computer .

I've heard that the full version of shogun 2 now runs MUCH better due to the patches, but yes does shogun 2 currently run as well as Empire?

    Cheers.

I'd say that S2 runs better.

I'm guessing that is the full version instead of the demo due to the patches? Because for my outdated computer I can surprisingly run Empire fairly well but as soon as I try either the Napoleon demo or the Shogun demo I get maybe 25-35 fps max on the lowest setting once the battle ensues.

Shogun 2 has better graphics yet better performance.

Bizarre...wonder why my computer runs Empire better then, probably has something to do with me only having the demo versions of Napoleon and Shogun which do not have the patches I guess...

Really? I have (an un patched I admit) Shogun 2 that runs a lot crappier than my ETW, with Darth mod included, I am very interested in seeing why is this.

Shogun is way better. CA should re-release a patch that upgrades Empire to S2's standards...using shogun UI and Diplomacy features -hostages.

ETW of course runs better than S2TW, anyone who says differently is a liar.
