A Cyrus for Seleucids? That wouldn't make sense as Cyrus was a Persian which had nothing to do with the ruling class of the Seleucid Empire. But yeah the Seleucids had a Cyrus, only that he was fighting against them and leading the Parthian armies...Also we must not forget that Ptolemaic and Seluecid Kingdoms were in control of the most agriculturally and commercially rich areas of their time..
Too bad Seleucids and Ptolemies didn't have another Alexander (or Cyrus for Seleucids..)
But this is where the human player comes to fill the gap

I mean both Seleucids and Ptolemies has shown that unlike Romans they were embracing Alexander's idea of creative mixing of traditions and cultures
Greeks weren't preoccupied against Persians, on the contrary, and Seleucids were based pretty much in the former Persian dominion
Also how cool is that for ptolemies:
