ACW v.3.4. Download Issues (Broken Links/Antivirus Warnings etc)

hi all when i download the new version it downloads but when i click to install antivirus says found virus and removes the exe file whats up . using norton antivirus from comcast help

Its common for norton to mistake mod downloads when they are exe files. Disable norton before you download. FYI norton is a memory killer too. Thats why i got rid of it.

It is only telling you this because it isn't a commonly download file.

False alarm like Norton often do with bigger modīs which are having their own launcher or batch files.
Itīs not the only case why i never ever would use norton again.

I would be very stupid to upload a virus to my own server into https.

I keep getting virus warnings too. Every time i get through part of the download it tells me this file is not downloaded often enough and then even when i click keep it has not downloaded the whole file in order for me to install 3.4

Use Avast, even the free version I use for years now is excellent.

Just tried to get onto the website for the mod to download 3.4 and google chrome can`t locate it or in other words get me onto the website

I click to go to the website in order to download the mod Blue and the grey 3.4 but google chrome gives me the message "Ooops there appears to be no such website" has something gone wrong here?

You should better try a good browser like IE or firefox..

Strange. Iīm working on the new hompage which have all compatibilities. If the actual is not working for chrome please use IE for this one visit.

hi shokh thanks for the suggestion but how do i go back to IE instead of google Chrome? it is strange yes because Google Chrome was allowing me access earlier :/

Would suggest go into C:\Program Files (x86)/Internet Explorer (or C:\Program Files (x86)/Internet Explorer for 32bit windows) and start the explorer from there, then insert the homepagelink.

nope that has not worked either.... could you maybe...put version 3.4 on strategyinformer or somewhere like that or even moddb. I know it is hassle for you and i understand if you do not wish to but your website link (for me that is) is broken. But I am starting to wonder if an antivirus program is blocking me from viewing it.

Yea, the link for 3.4 is broken. It's not just Chrome, it's all browsers.
