Another faction.... more time i'll need to spend in the game
I have few requests:
- there is only one face (like Macedon, Carthage and Rome). Barbarian factions have various faces with beards, mustaches but Hellenistic units are clones. Is it hard to make few faces of Hellenistic units after few months? I heard that it isn't pre-alpha now. Please, make more variety of faces. This is only half an hour.
- Mounting plumes for helmet is incorrect. Please, delete this weird 'pickelhaube'. I wrote about it there: http://www.twcenter.net/forums/showt...reens+mistakes -
Spoiler Alert, click show to read:
- This units have nice helmets and cuirasses, but don't have anything new - helmets from Roman preview (hastati), cuirasses, shield and tunics from Carthaginian/Macedonian preview. It could be better if one type of helmets will be specific for only Pontic faction.

- Why some warriors don't have helmets? I think that they are rich guards, so they all should have helmet.

when cooming ?
@Greve Af Goteborg: I meant it was the wrong variation of the gladius. That looks more like a Mainz or Fullham or a Mainz-Fullham when they should be using a Hispaniensis (spelling?) type. It's alright, though. The game does cover 300 years of Roman history and the Mainz type was used around the middle of the TWR2 campaign timeline.
IIRC, the earliest possible origin of the gladius would have been in the punic wars, so if the game starts prior to or during the first punic war, the Romans wouldn't be using the gladius.
Of course, this is one area where it might just be convenient anachronism, since having Rome update their sword model every 20 years would be a pain.
