Hi Zearosn, I've added the correct code to your post, so it should display correctly now. For future reference, use tags instead of tags for YouTube videos. Example:

I'll check out the video soon!

tonkaturn, good video! You asked for battle tips.
Spoiler Alert, click show to read:
Your Roman formation with lines of swordsmen, spearmen and skirmishers makes sense. As you experienced, it is easy for your skirmishers to get ahead where they can be caught by cavalry. Putting your three lines of infantry into one formation group (and using the kind of formation with the 'locked' symbol, which keeps units in formation relative to each other) can help to avoid this problem.

I was surprised that you put your general on his own, on the left flank of your army. As I see it, this has two disadvantages. One is that your generals only have a positive effect on the morale of troops within their circle of influence. The other is that Roman general units tend to lose to almost any enemy (unlike barbarian generals, which tend to be strong.)

    CarchariaS, I like your images!

The beautiful screenshots make me wish I had more time to play Rome II. In the meantime, here is a sea battle from an old Pompey campaign from the Emperor Edition of Rome II

anyone knows how to get proper Anti-aliasing ingame without using that simple postprocessing FXAA thing toggle on/off that only makes all things muddy and you still have pretty visible jagged lines ?

Tried to force it through my 3d settings in Nvidia CP with both Enhance and Override application settings mode. I also use DSR but no avail.

Saw this old post for using a postprocessing utility https://forums.totalwar.com/discussi...erformance-hit but I but I don't know how actual is it.

Are there more proper ways of doing this without affecting the performance too much. I only want antialising and no other graphic enhancements/filters. What are you guys using?
