Launching the "saves" campaignes

Hi im new to DMN. playted DMS and loved it so i thought i'll give this a shot. i saw the saves campaigns and would really like to try them. so i select that campaign then go to the main menu to press play and start a new campaign? or is there a certain procedure to do it?
