ACW recruiting unit model creater

For the upcoming patch and further ones we are looking for someone how is experienced with the tasks of creating/changing models and lod levels.
The first task would be to create additional lod levels for our existing models.
Later then creating new unit models on the base of our existing ones or up from scratch.

Without taking care about generals and lieutnants which are not that important for performance then the soldiers.
For the first step the farest LOD would be okay.
