Dwarves?

I have been looking around the files of the mod and the battle editor, and I keep running into things like "Welsh Dwarves" and "The Dwarven Blunderbuss", yet I can't seem to use the console commands to see what they are in the campaign and obviously they aren't usable in custom battles. Can anyone here explain to me what their purpose is?

Just an easter-egg. They are available during the campaign, though not right away and they are not exactly easy to find.
