Updated OP with Replenishment Mod Owned Regions Only.rar. This does what it says on the tin; replenishment will only work in owned regions in this version.

No, it's a different mechanism. This simply disables access to the replenishment button based on location; there's no replenishment button in NTW, it's handled automatically.

Can you replentish armies in enemy land in NTW? IIRC I could not, although I don't remember what happened later in the tech tree

What about a slow attrition for units that are in the open? like 1% or something?

Good work mate ! But it's a pity that this feature doesn't affect on AI.
Question :Is it possible to teach AI army to retreat on campaign map when their armies weaker than opponent's?

This is a very good addition to the game I must say!
But I wonder: How does the AI respond to this change? Well the AI is a bit broken anyway but I'm mostly playing darthmod and if someone were to add this to the mod where the AI is much more active, would we see a lot of unreplenished armies walking around in enemy territories?

You'll need to find the scripting.lua associated with Dathmod; you'll have to ask their technical support team for information on this.
