Well guys im having trouble running greek extrended mod, i have it installed and when i run it everything works great, the icon for the mod comes up and everything but then when i get into the main page its the same old rome, any ideas?

I guess the link could be missing the "-mod xgm" or something that's supposed to be there.
But normally that should be fine unless you manually changed that.
(XGM looks quite a lot like vanilla RTW (e.g. the loading screen), so perhaps if you're new to XGM, you assumed it didn't work, while it in fact did?)

Like Lorry says: Main Screen looks the same. Try a new campaign and look if all factions are playable.
Also, you can start a game and look if the map is bigger than vanilla...
