CTD while playing Arnor, can anyone help?

I'm playing as Arnor (free peoples) with the MoS submods package installed, and everything is patched I do believe.

I am a few turns in and I've tried troubleshooting this about six or seven times and nothing I do works.

When I go ahead and click "End Turn", it cycles through turns until it hits DWARVES and then it locks up for a few seconds and immediately crashes to desktop . I'm not sure what it could be? Does anyone have any ideas perhaps?

I would appreciate any and all help, I would really like to get back to playing. Thanks!

If using a submod it is best to ask questions in that forum. I believe that this is the 'end of turn 3' error in MOS and has been asked and answered many times in that forum. Please go to that forum and try a search.
