Default ETW does not seem to want to start up

Hello im having an issue with ETW

    it will not start up

I installed it then installed ACW mod but due to lag decided to uninstall ACW mod so did that then deleted everything acw i could find in program files and user.script

    Then it would not start

verified integrity cache that did nothing

So deleted local content and reinstalled

and now im stuck at the same place where it will not start

    any ideas

you could still have a mod file. Some are very small and a pain to find.

Is their anyway to just uninstall and reinstall etw so its just a complete vanilla installation?

if deleting local content keeps the files as is that doesnt work

Did you delete the Empire folder in Steam and the one in The Creative Assembly folder?

Have you ried verifying the game cache a few times?

    Post your dxdiag.

Start Steam, go through the menues in the top-left corner and set it to offline mode.

    Yay finally got it working

I uninstalled it from control panel/program/uninstall instead of deleting local content with steam then deleted the remaining folders in steam and appdata then reinstalled and it works perfectly
