Make Louisiana an Emergent faction

I was wondering if somebody could make a mod that changes Louisiana from a protectorate to an Emergent faction. I don't want to play as Louisiana but I think it would be more fun to have another emergent faction in the Americas so that when I destroy France Louisiana doesn't just become a bunch of rebels.

Also if their starting government when they emerge could be changed to a Republic that'd be awesome too. Sorry for the double post but I couldn't find the edit button, am I just blind or what?

well I want the emergent faction to be Louisiana. As far as I know there is no faction in the game named New France.

Back-up your old one just in case.
