Ubik is proving to be even more of a jerk than I thought he was. And the MM threads in the forums are nothing short of pathetic.
It somehow makes me miss the 90s a bit when players didn´t take issues such as these with such nerd passion.

all I can say is.. this whole episode has been one gigantic ROFLSTOMP
Paradox is truly admirable. Any doubts anyone had as to the good faith and commitment to their fans, should be completely assuaged after a cursory review of this ..event..
Ubik is on his own forums still adamant that it's Paradox's fault and his game is basically fine. This is the type of person that would push a shoddy half finished game off on you, laugh all the way to the bank as he cashes his checks, then disappear onto the "next project".
I must say, after browsing the UV forums, I am left with that same icky feeling I get when I'm in the presence of a con-artist
