    Reasons

    1) Provocating posts.
Simplest solution when this happens. Don't take the bait. In simple words, not to get provoked. Mature members would very well know about this and can easily ignore such posts and/or posters.

    2). Discriminating post.
Mature members again would not sink to this level of course, but you cannot stop people from doing that. Making a rule against it would be like against freedom of speech. If there is indeed something vile and offensive remarks, the moderation will take care of it.

    3) Humiliating posts.
Again, the moderation is there to take care of it.

    Oppose, once more.

Taking an idea from another thread that was equally misinformed of the specifics of what it was talking about, and then proceeding to assume more out of it, is no way to conduct a debate. Furthermore the baseless threat of supposed legal action is just embarrassing.

    I havent threatened any one....
I said that leaves me free....of pressing charges....which is what CIVIL rights provide....
Why you again interprete this as that?I wonder....
    How is that a threat....
    anyway
here is again what was deleted previously
    in spoiler....
Is ancient greek...I suppose latin is also acceptable....here...
    So PLEASE dont erase this...

Where is the TOS agreement BEING MENTIONED when a new user is registering ?
1.How come upon registration one is typicaly ''unprotected'' and latter on you provide
a Terms of Service ruling that tries to protect a member...?

2.Which agreement is superior the 1st or TOS?
As a matter of fact...now that i am thinking of it...
I only signed the 1st ....Not TOS . The last is not signed by any user.....

3.Also when(you are) not insisting so to one abide the forum rules , why one is being blamed/persecuted when
    overruns them?????????

4.You ARE advocating protection/freedom of speech while by our 1st and ONLY agreement you say that YOU hold no responsibility....if i am offended
    Or is it vice versa?

5.Which rules one is commited to uphold Registration Rules or TOS rules....?

    6.Is this right?

    7.Is this not a contradiction???

8.If by the above the Site / his owner and his representatives are having the only (signed) agreement with the (new)user/member:
A)The 2nd highlighted part definitely indicates that TOS is not above CIVIL
    legislation /Rules/RIghts....
    B) TOS Is definitely not the signed agreement that imposes the way that an individual can act/behave/talk within site's limits.
I can ask for protection within the site, if refused i am free to press charges for violations of:
Ι) legislation on civil and criminal law for defamation/threats
    ΙΙ)
amendments/rules for freedom of speech and its limitations

Please proceed by addressing all the above first , before opposing....
The registration rules are what you warrant to do/not to do before joining TWC, regarding behaviors in general, in attempt to create a good enviroment. TOS are what you have to follow once you've joined TWC. I hope you're getting the idea.

Staffs can't infract people for not being able to keep their guarantees, except those are against the TOS.
In fact, even most of us here haven't been able to fully keep our former guarantees ourselves. For example, can you say that you have never posted any hateful post?

Also, something tells me that you've taken a glance at my thread at Q&S, then I suppose you should have known that you've indirectedly accepted the TOS yourself?

Above is my response to your most (well, almost) recent post, which I find quite irrelevant to your proposal, which I'm going to give my opinions now.

    1) How can you tell if one is commenting just to make fun/flame? Unless it's too obvious, it can be dealt as disruptive posting, or otherwise it'll only cause more troubles for the Tribunal.
    2) It's their idea. If you don't like it, you can... debate it and maybe get yourself in a worse condition, or simply not give a damn. Anyway, it doesn't need to be against by the rules.
    3) Ideas/Posts being judged is a pretty much familiar thing everywhere. Again, you can debate it, and get yourself in a worse condition, or simply not give a damn.

Seeing that you've suspended yourself, I'm not sure if you can read this. Still, I wish you good luck and have a better mood once you return.

Why mention that you are free to press charges if you do not intend to do so? It's called an indirect threat.
    .
As to the 'defying moderator' action of yours in that post - this is what google has to say to the Greek quote:

It is also the reason why foreign language (language other then English) is restricted to the designated threads: to avoid misinterpretation.
Covered here in the ToS - hence why it got deleted previously. Reposting it then violates this rule. Not exactly a good way to debate.

That will also encourage young posters to participate.
Some if not most of the great mods released here for Total War started as some ideas that some people may find moronic. Some took up modding challenge after being humiliated when people says something can't be done.

    Opposed.
