Rhaegar Targaryen and Lyanna Stark
Eddard or Brandon Stark and Ashara Dayne
Eddard Stark and Wylla
Eddard Stark and the Fisherman's Daughter (Lord Godric Borell's account)
I thought he had violet eyes?
I have to answer this, all Targaryens are injured by fire. no one is immune.
Perhaps you got this from the series where Dany is shown to be immune to fire but this is false.
in the book she survived the burning of Khal Drogo because she used blood magic when she burnt the maegi.
The show went a different way because explaining things is a lot more time consuming in a show than in a book, the latter unlike the former not having a 1 hour time limit.
Jon Snow may be a Targaryen with the traits hidden simply to make it less obvious, who would believe he is not a Targaryen if he had the silver hair and purple eyes?
P.S. Jon Snow has grey eyes.

"I, Pinkie Pie, declare that these treats are fit for a king, or a queen, or a princess!"
"Me? Ruin? I'm not the ruiner, I'm the ruinee! Or is it ruinness? Ruinette?"
"She's ahead of the litter all right. The pick of the litter. The cat's pajamas. Oh wait. Why would Applejack take some poor kitty's pj's? That's not very sporting of her."
"More balloons! No, that's too many balloons. More candy! No, less candy. Ooh! I know! Streamers!"
"Oh my gosh. Hold on to your hooves – I am just about to be brilliant!"
A Song of Ice and Fire is a world created by GRRM. Baratheon black hair always being dominent over Lannister gold was put in to provide enough doubt for people to rise up against Joffrey and his siblings.
The same is for Jon Snow, if he is a Targaryen the author would not have given him purple eyes and silver hair, he was given the distinctive traits of the Starks to keep the parentage a secret. Arya was probably given the same traits to show that a child of Eddard could have the Stark traits, if all of Eddard's other children had Tully traits then it would be clear that Jon Snow was in fact Lyanna's.
P.S. This is speculation and thus should not be considered as fact.

Well Azor Ahai is meant to be a 'dragon' iirc, or so the prophecy goes, so he would be in a good position if Melisendre does Dondarrion on it and gives him life (if he needs it).
If you've read about the targaryen bastards, they all seemed to have their white/platinum blonde hair.
regardin the hair: Meakar I. Targaryen had black hair, becouse his mother was a Martell.
regardin the hair: Baelor Breakspear Targaryen had black hair, becouse his mother was a Martell.

Hahahadn't noticed that.
Aegor Rivers, or "Bittersteel," was one of the Targaryen great bastards and he inherited most traits from his mother, thus had had black hair and darker skin, but apparently still had some purple going in his eyes. there is still hope for jon snow.![]()
baelor breakspear had thick brown hair and as far as i known brown eyes too, not too clear on that though. all of this talk of the blackfyre rebellion generals makes me wish there was a submod for it
coder and tester for the King of River and Hill submod
coder, mapper and scripter for War of the Usurper submod
going off the basis that all the sons tend to have the characteristics of their fathers, the whole seed is strong bit in the first book it makes sense he is the son of ned. in addition he has a dire wolf, neds children have their links to their wolves so it would make sense for him to be ned's son. on the other points i thought lyanna died before the war started and the war was where the book says john was conceived. finally the wylla one makes the most sense as what other reason is there to send a servant from winterfell to starfall
Lyanna died at the Tower of Joy, near the end of the war. To many it appears that she died giving birth to Rhaegar's child. Also, Wylla has nothing to do with Starfall, that would be Ashara Dayne.
Some people have speculated thatBut I haven't seen any definitive proof for that.Spoiler Alert, click show to read:

Spoiler for HOTSEATS:
1: Bran and Rickon take after their mother and thus Jon having Stark features does not prove he is Eddard's son.
2: The seed is strong was concerning Cersei's children and their Baratheon DNA, it was never intended to be taken into consideration for every child in Westeros.
3: If lyanna had a child who was not a skichanger then we would have enough evidence to consider Ned being the father, she has not though so it is just as likely that her children would have the same abilities as Eddard's.

Additionally, not even all pure Targaryen children have all of the features we associate with Targaryens. The 'blood of the dragon' is stronger in some than others.
