Rohan strikes me as the most feudal state. It's very rural and sparsely urbanized. So that's where I'd be. Though I'd love the idea of living in Minas Tirith simply for the majestic views and fancy architecture. As for Gondor's riches? No thanks, a horse, rider and a horn blowing is all you need.
