Default Realms- which would you belong too?

I know I left many out but what real would you belong too, not race since some realms had multiple races like Breeland fr example had both men and hobbits but realm would you belong too? If you like more than one choose more than one . These also are from different eras

So so Charger, you like to start this kind of threads but then you also have to remember that it ain't yours but all members, as long as they stick to and fulfill the intent and spirit of the thread.

You give us realms from different eras and a multiple of realms - but it's not our fault you havent included (and of course never can inlude) all available options. Personally if in the late Third Age I want to go further east and/or south than Rhûn, Khand and Harad as Aragorn did so see the good and evil Men he meet there; may I not vote then? Why is there no 'Other realm'-alternative for us?
And as you have taken liberty to use different eras - why shoulden't we if you now want an honest opinion? The poll is pointless in itself, it's when people tell about their choises and why - be it from the the poll or not - as this thread get's real value.
My most sincere honest choise would be Hithlum, during the First Age, under High King Fingolfin and Fingon. Elf or Man matters not to me because that's the realm in question that I would like to live in and see - and make this thread interesting and different from your last were poeple constantly said where they intended to live anyway.

I'm sure you can expect many, perhaps most, to tag along with your expectations so don't worry
But I could had wanted to be a Hobbit, if I had voted in the other poll, but that's another question and I think you'll end up with problem if anyone who wants to be an High Elf over anything else who want to live in Minas Tirith etc is to be policed.

Calling Hithlum and Doriath cheap! I suspect Fingolfin and Melian would tend to disagree...

    <3 Ngugi

We would live in Hithlum and we would likely die in combat, but that matters not as long as we died well. As I prefer to be a Man (I cannot really relate to immortality, though it would be nice to be able to continue to score the pretty young girls for some more years), so I would probably die in some rearguard action defending my Elven Liege Lords. Fine by me, sing my praise till the end of time when I am gone.

Join in on this then: we'll be leaving Estolad (where we have meet visiting Finrod and Maedhros); goes west through Dorthonion meeting Angrod and Aegnor and Beren; take service under Fingolfin and live in that realm; holds Eithel Sirion under Dagor Bragollach; and then stand by Hurin and Huor at the last stand of the Men of Dor-lómin , protecting Turgon's and Gondolins fall back at Nírnaeth Arnoediad (we wan't a thank you for the Gallus, ahum).

You forgot, fight our way to Beleriand where we thought we would find bliss only to find the Enemy there, and to take the challenge.

    Bring it on Melkor.

More seriously. I believe that each and every individual has his own very specific idea or dream or interpretation of where he/she would live or fit in Middle-Earth. And I do not believe a poll can cover all those variations. Part of Tolkien's greatness is that he wrote in a way, so that his world was tailored to each specific reader.

Orocarni. Probably never been bothered by great wars or other, quietly trading goods with humans without any hatred involved. Actually having a diplomacy working since forever.

Oh, and there probably aren't any elves so far in the East. At least not so many.

I dunno, the elves originated in the east, in cuiveinen (sp?), on the shores of the sea of helcar, not too far from Rhun. Conceivably, some of the avari still dwelt in the east, though there's little to no lore about the avari, beyond many of the sindar in Lothlorien and mirkwood being of Avari descent.
there tends to be no real lore for anything east of the sea of Rhun, with only brief passing mentions towards landmarks and peoples (khand, avari, orocarni dwarves)
