The mod seems to load all its files and commands correctly and you should not have a problem. However it seems that you have some limitations in your windows account, though you are admin. I suggest to uninstall mod, solve the limited token issue and then install it back and try again.

I watch on U-Tube and see the hard work. I think to myself maybe SEGA will make a "Total War- 1861-1865". You all give your best and I am just frustrated. I made ACW Vanilla Ready, uninstalled the game, deleted all my ACW folders from the Empire Total War folder, ran the acw3.3 installer, varified the game cache, manually started steam... But once on the initial start up screen it crashes

I uninstalled all of ETW and I'll try again from scratch.

Hi..may have screwed this up..not very technical..I have done a complete reinstall, clean. I am able to play empire vanilla but not ACW. It crashes at the ghost soldier screen. I do hear music and do not have any other mods installed. I believe I have installed it quickly just can't get it to work and would appreciate any help. All scripts are correct as mentioned in previous posts so no issues there. I have validated the game files and had deleted all files from Steam as well as my computer. Any ideas how I can get this to run? I did restart my computer before trying and do not get any other warning messages. Thanks for your help..

Do you have a clean Empire install? Make sure, you have NO other mods in your data folder.
Maybe you can upload a screenshot of your data folder to have a look..

Yeah I did all of that stuff. I uninstalled ETW and reinstalled it and re installed ACW3.3 and everything is working fine now. Idk.

to solve your problem do the following:
1) start the ACW launcher
2) exit the ACW launcher (vanilla ready)
3) reboot/restart your computer
4) after restarting -> manually login to the Steam/or login if that option is given to you
5) start the ACW launcher
6) wait for all the files to transfer where they should
7) start the game.

Not sure if it is an windows XP issue (32) as I loaded everything onto my laptop (windows 7) and it works (but is unplayable due to laptop card..very slow). yes, however, that is something that husserl will have to help you with (if he has the time)... it seems to me that you have some limited authorization on your pc and that could make your game crash...

You all do Pickett's Charge. EMPIRE-TOTAL WAR and NAPOLEON-TOTAL WAR. I am confused because It does not work on my machine. The thing I find wierd is 15,000 marched on cemetary ridge and when I watched this CHARGE on your U-Tube videos --- It made it seem like the Union was standing or firing behind stone walls. The Union was scared as hell but they never had the luxury of firing behind stone walls when 15,000 Confederates attacked that day. Thank You ......I will always will be blessed for watching your Videos on U-Tube as your MODS do not work on my "Windows 7 Home Edition with STEAM". Thanks for Exceptional work into the history of the American Civil War.
