Protecting the king and the royal family is an elite cadre called the Kingsguard. First founded by Aegon the Conqueror, their storied ranks have included great heroes and dastardly villains, but most have been men of honour. The members of the Kingsguard are often referred to as the White Swords or “white cloaks,” and they reside in White Sword Tower in the Red Keep.
The Kingsguard stands as a shining symbol of honour throughout the Seven Kingdoms; its members, of which there are only seven at a time, are each paragons of courage, discipline, and skill. To join the White Swords, a knight must be selected by the king, and then the candidate must stand a vigil, speak his vows, and swear to have no wives or children. To be a member of the Kingsguard is to be a member for life and have the right to bear the pure white, unmarked shield of their order.
Leading these great knights is the Lord Commander, who also holds a seat on the small council. It is his duty to maintain the knights, to command them, to see to their ongoing training, and discipline them when they falter. The Lord Commander also maintains the records of their deeds in a great tome called the White Book, which is held in the White Tower at King’s Landing.
The Kingsguard has accompanied the kings, queens, and children of the royal family since its creation. They serve their charges silently, and their discretion is as important as their martial skills.
This is where the Members of the Kingsguard can converse amongst eachother in absolute privacy.
Also the King can come and request members of the Kingsguard be set to certain tasks or missions at his behest.

Ok. Hardying is fighting like a master and have the upper hand throughout the first many seconds, it looks in the first bair of seconds into the battle that his victory will be swift. But Lendford still have some fighting spirit in him and still got a chance to with a great effort turn this battle around.
So. Hardying is winning. RP, when you've RPed enough I'll do another Roll. The fact that you both stand through first round implies the battle will last at-least two minutes. So Go for it. RP. Lendford is still standing. I will give small RP bonuses. Depending on the RP-
Harrold's brutal axe charge hits his opponent, knocking him back several inches. during the stagger, he lashes out with his axe, hitting his opponent's hip. He tries to unleash a fury of strikes, but the other knight manages to place his shield between him and the axe. Harrold staggers, leaving a gap between his shield and body...
Lenford strikes with a jab at his opponent which deflected by the hilt of his opponent's axe. He then tries to take several swipes to the left then to the right, both times deflected by his opponent's shield. Then he tries an overcut slash straight down at his opponent...
Harrold nimbly sidesteps, delivering a backhand blow at his enemy's chest. The sand on the floor made him lose his grip, and Harrold retreated from his attack to a clear spot on the floor, Lenford not far behind...

Lenford gruffs at his sworn brother
Get back here Harrald.
Lenford lunges forwards in hot pursuit of his opponent. He takes a swipe and misses his opponent before charging forward carelessly while arching his arm back to take another backhand swipe towards Harrold
Lendford was back in the fight, Harrald still had a huge upper hand in the battle but the fast victory for Harding was not longer a probability. Lendford is down to 6.
Harrold, surprised by the lunge forward, only saves his head from a concussion by hitting Lenford's elbow. He tried to hack some more, but the flurry of blows was getting weaker...
Lendford is getting back in the fight, he is still loosing greatly, but play as if he got a slight comback. He is not on the straight way to a fast defeat any-more.
