Default Parents name their newborn son Dovahkiin and gain life-time supply of Bethesda games

So, maybe this is old news, but i found this particularly lolworthy

    http://www.escapistmagazine.com/news...Baby-Dovahkiin

    The Dragonborn has come
What makes a real American? A cowboy hat? Enjoying a fine T-bone
steak? Going to a baseball game? Shooting a gun? Maybe it’s the freedom to go
into a poor country and tell them how to do things?! Heh! Those are all great
qualities! But one thing that makes a true patriot is the ability to choose
an American car! When you buy an import you take a hot meal off a hard
working American’s table. There, there! This poor girl is going
to starve to death, just because you bought a cheaper, more efficient
Maibazu. Without gross symbols of excess, what will Americans have to look up
to? Our great industries is a threaten! Cars, pornography, armaments! And
they need your help! So the next time you buy a car, a piece of adult
literature or a missile defense system! Make sure you do the American thing!

My child's middle name shall be Septim! And he shall fulfill the prophecy by defeating Mehrunes Dagon by lighting the Drasgonfires!

There are cooler names out of the Elder Scrolls lore they could have picked. I wonder what they call him though, Dova or Dov maybe. Eh, those aren't too bad.

I'd be really, really pissed with my parents if they did that to me.

    That's just incredibly mean.

    Girl: "So what's your name?"
    Boy: "Dovahkiin."
Girl: "Oh, that's unusual. Where's it from?"
Boy: "It's an obscure video game reference from twenty years ago."
    Girl: "Oh..."

Wouldn't it be awesome if his first words were: "FUS RO DAH!"

Here in Brazil when the Lord of The Rings movies were big, quite some people were named as Aragorn.

Not kidding. Here you can put the name you want, but if it´s very ridiculous the civil register can deny it

Anything with a roman sound in is excellent. Primus, Secundus, Sextus, Septimus, whatever.

If i were doing arabic, i would want my name to be Ras al-Ghul.

Why, you little traitor... nothing is cooler than Dovahkiin. Well... Indoril Nerevar, Dagoth, Vivec and Almalexia for girls maybe, but still.... Dovahkiin.... far better than Araporn.
