So you are saying that adding a rule that removes something completly unfair, something that applies to anyone behind you in turn order is unfair if it's added while a turn?
    Yes

If yes then you still weren't allowed to do it because it was obviously added when Norseman agreed to move his army back in range of mine.
Rules are not added in the middle of a turn.

This was like I said 9 days ago so the rule was definitly active when you did your turn.
If anyone can complain about the rule being applied then it may be Norseman, but he made an agreement with me that you broke when you subbed him.
THe rule wasn't active when that army was defeated.
Also you definition of unfair seems strange:
Adding a rule for equality of oppertunity is unfair, but abusing movements which were done because of a rule that was added in the last turn by breaking this rule is fair? Breaking an agreement of other players while subbing is fair?!
Bad movements. Rules aren't added in the middle of a turn.

I caught Norseman by suprise and you just made a bad movement. Now you should have deal with the consequences as every other player else has to.
Also it's not sure that I will get your army. Maybe my spy is unable to open the gate and you get an oppertunity for retreat.

All this isn't relevant. I'm pretty sure that you didn't defeat the biggest part of my army anyway but whatever, not relevant.

You know, if you wanna win like this, as you always do, go ahead. Make me replay. Just don't expect anybody to be happy for you. Or praise for your "genius strategy".

Rules do get added in the middle of turns and lead to replays.

Heck otherwise Mordor for example wouldn't have had to recompensate when he reloaded 150 times against Harad, dramatically changing the outcome of the HS.

    E.g.

    - Nice has redone BFME turn because transport ships were overpowered.
    - I've redone Dale's turn in Aldor's HS after I found a trick to abuse.
    - Nice has redone BFME turn because of interpretation of 5-reload rule (though I believe it was added before his turn).

I'd rather see Isengard dead, but I do agree with Nice on some points.

The outcome change is significant and in that case rules that were clear should be respected (even when not yet implemented).

I still don't know 100% what happened, but as far as I know defeated armies can't be moved.

EDIT: seems a fair proposal, I hope Nice will agree to it.

IF I can choose two generals at my choice that I can retreat wherever I want, would you be willing to let me redo my turn then EoH? And would Nice be ok with that or not?

Rules added in the middle of a turn is just stupid, since it wont cover the entire turn, it only covers for the factions near the end of the turn order. Making the implentation of the rule obsolete. Nice has won practically won all the hotseats, and its clear, hes still on his path to win more, even it means delaying the entire hotseat and basiclly making the hotseat boring to just argue about why he is losing. To me, it just sounds pathetic.

    Big difference.

This rule has already been "abused" many times in this hotseat. Those were the first time that it happened.

Rules have always been added in the middle of turns and applied immediatly.
This rule was added in the mid of the last turn and so there is no problem to apply it in this turn.
No one was allowed to move defeated armies this turn so it's perfectly fine.
I also see no reason why the turn of the attack is important. I won't believe that you planned to get your army defeated.

Does 2 generals include King Bard? If I get King Bard you can send away all generals you want to keep. Would you agree to sacrifice King Bard or all other generals?

That's something I could say aswell. Do you really want me to die because of movements I did because I expected that you would follow the rules?

Good point. Didn't think of that difference, but you're right.

Still I think the rule has been added a month ago when we discussed this topic.
We have immediatele agreed that we want to add the rule.
Norseman probably just forgot to add it to the front page.

So if I put Bard back into your reach so you can attack him will you let me flee and do what I want with the remnants of my army? Bards time has come anyways, he would rather want to die in battle than an old man in his bed.

I ment I get King Bard and the remnants of the army and you can take all the generals wherever you want.

I see no reason to let the Dwarven army move though. Norseman agreed to add the rule when he said that he will move his army back and so it was ofc also active.

For gods sake EoH here is my last offer so this hotseat can continue:
You can move your army wherever you want as long as you don't attack my army and NEVER move a defeated army again.
I already wrote in the beginning of this argument that I will definitly not play a turn where I lose an entire army because I expected someone to follow the rules.

Is EoH holding the hotseat up on purpose!? He should be subbed immediately if he won't take his own turn.

Im sorry. I thought norseman would sub me but saw tonight that he didn't. Using my phone right now, earliest time i can play my turn tomorrow afternoon. Norseman can sub if he sees this earlier. Do whatever you think is wise.
