Thread: RS 2.6

    Default RS 2.6

    Hello guys

I am wondering if 2.6 is close or not. I plan to start a new campaign and don't want to start only to find 2.6 out next week. To the devs I understand you don't like give release, since people will start pestering, so just tell me if I should go ahead and start or not. Thanks and keep up the good work

P.S. I thought the 2.5 we are playing was just a beta, so why are you calling the full version 2.6 instead of just 2.5.

It's just an internal version number. It'll actually be like 2.7 by now. We're close, but there are a few little issues we're working on.

No, no, 2.6 please, I'm going to amend the launcher right now before that idea is starting to spread.
Our version numbers are alright quite chaotic as it is, no need to try to do even worse.

I know a mod is always "done when its done" but it would be nice if the team would give us some updates now and then.
What is done? What has to be done?

I really liked this mod but got tired of waiting for the fixes. Time to move on.

Aye, sticking to it until the RTWII comes out. This is by far the best RTW experience I've had

i'll stick to this mod until RTWII is properly patched and available @ retail. and then, i'll still stick to this mod, because i don't think they'll get the same amount of historical exactitude in RTWII...
