One thing that is annoying me about this mod (it is a great mod from what ive played so far) is the way Genoa(especially here) and some other provinces have such small populations, so where and how do i change the population of cities in the files?

I would assume the descr_strat
failing that the ol' "add_population London (name of city/castle in the descr_strat) 5000"
