I'm surprised they accepted all my changes to China, minus an OOB file they forgot. If you get the new patch and load up as China, I changed not only the borders, but region boundaries, infrastructure, added an IC transfer decision, added the ROCS Ping Hai to the build queue, and added an event that simulates the Death of Hu Hanmin, all of which is now in the patch. Oddly enough, PI didn't accept my reworked regions for Europe. The European region borders would've been redone the way the US, Canada, China, Korea, and Japan were redone. They didn't take my localization files either, so the regions are now named crappily.
