Indeedy.
Probably one of the most profitable and fun games we've had yet.

How you find eachother after you died? Me and some friends are already playing for some hours and still not found eachother..
My first experience;
cool, I spawned near a coast with a small fishing village. I did met another guy that was un-armed and we decided to move together. We picked up some drink, food and I did pick up one Axe witch was quite usefull. I died after he logged out since zombies where atacking constantly and I had no change to kill them all.
A few questions, how do i refill blood? I lose blood al the time and eaven after I did bandage and eat+drink it diddnt get higher..
Aswell, Guns, how do I get one. Diddn't found one yet, lots of amma tough...

My stories:
Finding each other: Use landmarks to work out your current location, get an online map of chernarus and look at the Russian names for the towns, you can then use the road signs to work out your location. It's then a simple matter of using the sea to work out your bearings and then picking a meeting point.
Refilling blood: Eating a tin of food refills about 200 blood if memory serves. Best way to refill blood is to have someone give you a blood transfusion, I'm uncertain as to whether or not it only gives you a certain amount of blood as any time I've had one it takes me right back up to 12000. Someone else needs to have a blood bag in their inventory to give you one but as aquiring a blood bag can be hazardous because they spawn in hospitals and there are only hospitals in the big cities there tends to be bandits around; they also spawn in military camps but they're the most hazardous places around. My preferred method of refilling blood is through cooked meat, which gives you 900 blood. You get meat from killing animals and gutting them (you need a hunting knife for this) and then cooking them over a fireplace - which you create with matches and firewood (which you get with a hachet).
Guns: Find them in buildings.![]()
Guys, if you set up a tent, do you need to log back in on the same server to access it or will the tent you set up and it's contents go with your character to another server? I ask cos, if I'm gonna play with some of you I'll need to know if I need to pack my tent and all the stuff in it beforehand, and thus whether I should bother storing more than I can carry. I assume the tent is tied to the server it was set up in.
P.S: Only just started playing properly, went through 3 characters before but I was really just getting used to controls, testing graphics options, etc. My first proper attempt has started well though, helped by having watched DevilDogGamer's youtube channel, I've got a Winchester, lots of rounds, lots of bandages, heat packs, painkillers, an axe, the tent ofc, food, water, waterbottle, czech backpack, flares, chemlights, a watch, matches and I also found a Lee Enfield and CZ with rounds for both, but the CZ disappeared and I had no space for the Lee Enfield. All this and I never even made it to Electrozadovsk, despite seemingly running for an hour to get to it. I'm still gonna have to go there though, since going North without Morphine, I learned from one of my first attempts, is essentially suicide.

Tents are only saved on the server in which they start, so if server UK32 for example has a tent, you'll only ever find that tent on that server at that position.

I hate it, i get killed every time by someone, i spawn and then someone finds it funny to hunt me down and kill me.. I only met bandits, and not friendly people...
Any tips or advice on how to get started?

People are really mean in Day Z.
.... I hate people like that. I always help other people since I was also helped the first time I played. The first time I played I was with 2 guys who repaired/stolen an car. They helped me, gave me a gun, with the risk I would shoot them and also been nice to meThats what DAYZ should be like. My last few lives there where many players who just killed me when they seen me respawning. Thats not fun.

My stories:
dayZ has turned into a giant deathmatch basically only trust people you are talking to over some form of voice chat but i dont play very much anymore because instead of a fun zombie survival game with a few bandits its turned into a a shoot everyone you see type of gameplay
